your oc must have a reference sheet or any image where design and colors are clearly visible. i don't work with only text descriptions

payment via paypal invoice after the sketch approval. work on the commission will continue once payment has been received

no refunds once the work on commission has started

commissions are for personal use only. artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit, commercial purposes, ai training, or nft/crypto-related projects

the client may not edit, alter, trace, or modify the commissioned artwork in any way without my permission. minor cropping and simple filters used for video edits/pfps/banners are allowed

you may repost the commissioned artwork, but you must credit me as the artist

i reserve the right to decline a commission if i feel i cannot complete it to a satisfactory standard or if i am uncomfortable with the request for any reason

i have the right to post/use commissions as i wish, including for portfolio, commission examples, social media posts, and self-promotion

major changes requested after the sketch has been approved may require an additional fee

small corrections are allowed during the work process, but repeated or excessive revisions may incur an extra charge

i do not have fixed deadlines for commissions. a commission will take as much time as needed to be completed. if you need your commission finished by a specific date or within a certain timeframe, this can be discussed beforehand. rush orders may require an additional fee

delays in delivery may occur due to personal circumstances, workload, or emergencies. if a delay occurs, i will inform the client and provide updates when possible

the client is responsible for providing clear references and accurate information before work begins

if the client does not respond for 6 months or longer after payment, i reserve the right to consider the commission abandoned. in such cases, the commission may be canceled without a refund, or completed at my discretion without further revisions or input from the client
